RESCLUTION?

That Mr. Frank J. Rayner, 3323 Devon Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3C 3V4
be and is hereby appointed citizen representative Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam
Crime Prevention Committee for 1990.

And That Mr. Frank Toporchuk, 1223 Wellington Street, Port Coquitlam,
B.C. V3B 329, be appointed alternate representative.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Mr. Rayner and Mr. Toporchuk have been approached by Mayor Traboulay and
both have agreed to sarve on the Committee.
