We would like to congratulate the Port Coouitlam
Council on their docision to eliminate the use of aerial
spraying for mosquito control except in an "emergency situation, "

; We sincerely hope an "emergency situation" would con-
stitute the threat of a serious health hazard and not just a
soothing action for those who find mosquitoes a drscomfort «~«
all pesticides are economic poisons and a poison is still a
poison no matter how small the conage!

There are many. other property owners in the N.E. area
of District or Coquitlam who fecl the same way. .
