A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Business License

By-law, 1973, No. 1237",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, ' Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Business License

By-law, 1973, No. 1237" is amended by repealing the provisions contained,

therein with respect to "Automobile“Dealer" and substituting the following:

“Nature of Fee
Business Particulars Payable

Automobile from any person carrying on the business of new and/
Dealer or used car sales provided, however, that no further
license fee shall be required for the operation of
an automobile service station (except an automobile
self-service station) or automobile service garage
(but not including automobile washing), in connec-
tion with the car sales business... .ccccccccscccccece 110.00."

2. Schedule "A" of the By-law is further amended by inserting the
following provision immediately after the provisions respecting an "Automobile
Parking Lot":

"Nature of Fee
Business Particulars “ Payable

$

Automobile from any person carrying on the business of an auto~
Self-service mobile self-service station, including the sale of
Station ., automotive fuel and parts and accessories only (but

not including’ automobile washing) .....cseaceccecceuce 66.00,"

3. Schedule "A" of the By-law is further amended by repealing the
provisions contained therein with respect to "Automobile Service Station or
Service Garage" and substituting the following:

"Nature of Fee
Business Particulars Payable

$

Automobile from any person carrying on the business of an auto—
Service mobile service station or service Barage (except

Station or an automobile self-service station) including the

Service sale of automobile fuels and parts and accessories

Garage only (but not including automobile washing).......... 66.00,"

This By-law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Business License By-law, 1973, No. 1237, Amendment By-law, 1976,
