This trailer would be used as office space during the proposed addition and renovation of Hyde Creek Recreation Centre and during the interim. We had originally planned to construct a temporary office at Hyde Creek to accommodate staff relocated as a result of our decentralization. However, we soon realized that this alternative Was not practical in light of the proposed expansion and renovation of Hyde Creek Recreation Centre. We are proposing to lease the trailer from ATCO Space Rentals. The trailer will be approximately 10' x 32' with one partition. It will have front and rear entrances. The front entrance will be wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and access will be ramped. The trailer will be heated by electricity. He are proposing to locate the trailer on the north side of Hyde Creek. This location has been worked out with our architect as one of the preferred locations taking into consideration the scope of work proposed for Hyde Creek. | \ \\\ \ AAS mI 7 Larry J.
