Discussion centred on the reply from the Minister of Human Resources

‘ dated November 5, 1979 referred to in (d) above. Alderman Wright
suggested that representatives from the Committee arranse an
appointment to meet with the Minister on the problems.

Jon Taylor suggested that the Committee promote public hearings
in the different municipalities to advise the people of its
; concerns. The Conmittee to spend its budget on advertising and
