That the City purchase Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 17609, New
Westminster District, more commonly known as 2535 Wilson Avenue, for the
sum of $225,000.00 subject to the vendor retaining occupancy of the
property following completion at a nominal rent of $1.00 per month for a
period of twelve months, ending August 31, 1992. Thereafter the vendor
may retain occupancy on a month by month rental basis at a rent of $800.00
per month, until the property is required by the City for development
purposes. Once each year, the City may increase the rent on September lst
by no more than 5%, The vendor will be responsible for all utilities and

personal insurances.

“THAT the consolidating subdivision plan of a portion of District Lot 379,
Group 1, New Westminster District, prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S-,
and dated June 12th, 1991, wherein Lot "A" having an area of 0.1765 ha is
created, and the road exchange authorized by the "Ticehurst Lane Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2609" is completed, be approved;

AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents as
necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of
the City thereto.” | . | ;
