Re: Request to purchase or lease the existing road allowance in the vicinity
of Shaughnessy and C.P.R. Mainiine.

Comments: The letter of request is attached and was processed with the result
that the Committee feels that sale of this land is not desirable

as it may play an imporeant part in our future Park Way Road.

Recommendation: The Committee recommends to Council that the road not be sold.

Re: Request to purchase City lots on the 3600 block Sefton Street.

Comments: This property encompasses the Hyde Creek, flowing from Linceln to
Coast Meridian.

It. is felt desirable to maintain ownership as necessity in the maintenance
of the creek. See attached map.
