RECOMMENCATION:

“WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that:

1. Lot 42 of Lot "A"; Block "E" of Block 1; District Lot 479,
Group One, Plan 12212, New Westminstor District, being 1828
Dorset Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender lf a
bid acceptable to Councl! Is received;

The City. Clerk is hereby Instructed and authorslzed to
publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender"
Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Councll

meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out. therein.

Counci| reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject
all of the bids [If Council In Its absclute discretion
determines that rejection is appropriate.
