The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows: fe

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
are more particularly deseribed as: :

Lots 42, 43 and 44

Block 4

District Lot 479

Group -One

Plan 2145

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM-1 (Multipte Family Residential) to RM~3 (Multiple
Family Residential). and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2212,
