A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, J anuary 25th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A.
Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy Administrator, J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, Fire Chief J. Baillie, and Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

Seconded by Councillor Talbot:

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on January 18th,
1993 be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

DELEGATIONS:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay asked Council to give leave to Mike Mclivor, 1867
Western Drive, Barry Tregs, 1375 Oxford Street, and Tevin Hansen, 4028 Mars Place,
skateboarding advocates, to address Ccuncil regarding the City providing covered areas for
skateboarding.

regarding the City providing covered areas for skateboarding.

consid=ration and report to Council.
