w 2794 a) The following clause to be added to Section 403 of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240": "The Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer, the Chief Building Inspector and their deputies may give notice to the owner of property that any unauthorized use of that property sl all be terminated within 21 days from receipt of the notice, and may also direct that any unauthorized building or improvements be removed or corrected within the same time period.” b) The following clause to be added to Section 509 of the "Por Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240": "When a residential building has been divided into strata lots, each strata lot in the building shall be used for only one dwelling unit." Affects all property in the RS-1, RS-2, RS-3 and RT-1 zones to clarify strata subdivision provisions and to authorize the issuance of compliance notices for unauthorized use of property.
