REPORTS: . . : : Mayor From Mayor J.M, Campbell, March 27th, 1975, reporting on various Campbell re items considered at the March 26th, 1975 Greater Vancouver Regional Mar 26/75 GVRD Board . . . eetin District Board Meeting. m & Alderman Traboulay referred to Item No. 2 of the report advising of a study being undertaken on the potential of Solid Waste as a source of energy, and to his inquiry as to whether there is any literature on what is being done, Mayor Campbell replied there is none as yet. Alderman Traboulay referred to Item No. 6 advising that an explanation meeting was held on the topic Livable Region for the press and interested non- members, and stated he would like to see the booklet thereon made available to residents of the City. Mayor Campbell stated he would try and arrange to have copies made available to local community groups. Alderman From Alderman L.M. Traboulay, April 3rd, 1975, reporting on the Traboulay re Apr.2/75 Mos April 2nd, 1975 Mosquito Control Board meeting, and advising that Beak Cont.Board meeting Consultants & Con-Air's tender in the amount of $21,450.00 was accepted for the 1975 mosquito control programme. Alderman Traboulay, in his report, also advised that Alderman J.J. Keryluk was elected to the position of Vice-Chairman of the Beard for 1975. Alderman Keryluk commended Alderman Traboulay on the prepaiā€˜ation of a very comprehensive report undertaken on his behalf during his absence from the City. Comm.-Appin. an application to designate 4.8 acres of land between Jervis and Hastings R#2/75 Streets as a "Development Area", legally described as the Ren. of Lots A, B, & C, N. 55' of A, S. 55" of B, Plan 10031, and recommending that the propose] scheme of mixed development be approved subject to certain conditions.
