A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan JUN 1- {992
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Plan waa adopted by the “Official Community Plan
Byiaw, 1986, No. 2162”

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and
after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most
recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal
Act to ensure consistency between them;

(b) examined the amendment te the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development
Strategy" to ensure consistency between them;

determined that uo applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;

determined that the amendment to the plan does not: affeet the
District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt
Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Coumeil of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting ausembled, enacts as follows:

1. The designation “Residential” showa on Schedule "B" of the "Official
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as enacted by Bylaw No. 2508

applying to:

is removed and the designation “Apartment” is applied.
2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Official Community Plan
Amendment Bylaw No. 33, 1992, No. 2674”.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given aa affirmative vote by
the majority of all members of the Council this llth day of May, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by
the majority of all membera of the Council this 11th day of May, 1992.
