TERRACE — Voters will want substance over style in the next provincial election, says the New Democratic Party’s can- didate for Skeena. Terrace teacher and former mayor Helmut Giesbrecht, who defeated Kitimat alderman Mike Corbeil for the NDP nomination March .31, said voters face issues more com- plicated than ever before, “Ethics in government are important to the rank and file NDPer and I think that’s the same for everyone else,” Giesbrecht said. : - “There's sustainable develop- ment and job creation.
