WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam is desirous of trading certain real property owned by Meridian
Developments Ltd. and by the Board of School Trustees, School District No. 43
(Coquitlan);

AND WHEREAS Public Notice was given on September 28th, 1972 of the
transactions hereinafter authorized;

AND WHEREAS the said Public Notice invited any persen wishing to bid on
the City property involved in the said transactions to propose any alternate

sales ot transfers prior to Twelve otelock noon on Thursday, October 12th, 1972
and no such proposals were received;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

1. That the necessary proceedings be taken under the Plans Cancellation Act
to consolidate the separate sixteen 33-foot lots designated as Lotsa 19 to 34,
inclusive, Block.5, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2294, New Westminster

District into eight lots each 66-feet in width;

2. That Parcel "y" (By-law Plan 39975) of the South-east Quarter of Section

7, Township 40, Plan 2403, New Westminster District be sold te Meridian Developments
Ltd. for the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar together with other valuable consideration;
3. That Lot 203, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 37532, New Westminster

District be sold to Meridian Developments Ltd. for the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar

4. That Lots 19 to 34, inclusive, (after their consolidation into eight lots
