Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, April 24th, 1980 the alternate drainage System as proposed by Techram's engineer, as described, be accepted provided that the developer also upgrades the culvert on Maple Creek crossing Kingsway Avenue. Carried. Aldermen Keryluk and Gates voted against the resolution. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Aldermen Keryluk and Gates expressed their concerns regarding the alternate drainage proposal. ‘PWC, Apr. 24/80 From the Public Works Committee, April 24th, 1980 recommending that re Left~turn signal - the left-turn lane and signal requirements for the Lougheed Highway at Westwood & Lougheed. Westwood Street be reconsidered when further development takes place on the District of Coquitlam side of the intersection as additional right- of~way would be required from the District side before a left-turn lane could be constructed.
