A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of Y le 1980

dedicated on Plan 1763, District Lot 289, Group One, New Westminster District,

in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of

the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia,

1979, the Municipal Council may by by~law stop up and close to traffic a highway ;

or any portion of a highway; . oo ae

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the. City of
Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway -
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; |

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council ‘of The Corporation of the city.

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ‘as follows:

Plan 1763, having an area of 0.0313 ha shown within the
heavy outline on a reference plan certified by Robert M.
Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 29th day
of May 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto;
ds hereby ‘stopped up and closed to traffic.
