A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,

No. 1651". MAY 10 1982

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Block 14

District Lots 231 & 288
Group One ;

Plan 4667 |

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A~l to M-2 and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby

amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1892",

The properties described above that are the subject of Bylaw

Nos. béSd—emd 1892 are located at net

1725 Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that
industrial uses permitted in the M-2 zone may be established on the
property and it is expected that buildings, structures, etc. will be

erected thereon. :
