RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to prepare
a bylaw rezoning remnant Parcel 'A't O.L. 3542, Group |
NWLO Plan 72467 from RS-S to RS-|

COMMENT 3:

This application is to rezoning a small remnant parcei, left
over from 3 previous rezoning. Subsequent to Genstar rezoning
the remainder of this lot the City rezoned its land from RS-3
To RS-\l. As a result the Genstar lot is the only RS~5 parcel
remaining.

Tnis application will permit Genstar to consolidate their
property with the neignbouring lot for subdivision or
alternatively to permit them to construct a nouse on tne lot.
As tne property is the only one left with an RS-35 designation,
its rezoning TO RS-i 1:8 recommended. The rezoning will
facilitate the lot being resubdivided or builT upon.
