We have inspected the architacts design (attached) for
the proposed 18 unit waterfront development.

: We support the specific proposal and concept of the
residential use for the Port Coquitlam waterfront.

i In addition, we support the proposal of the developer to

; construct a special waikway along Argue Street, which will
connect to PoCo Trail.
