Application to subdivide by strata plan a recently constructed
commercial building.

Lot 1, D.L. 379, Plan 23136.

The commercial building in question is located at 2239 McAllister
Avenue, which was completed early this year.

The application is to subdivide it by strata plan into five strata
units.

The building conforms to all zoning bylaw regulations including
parking and loading.

This application was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning
Committee on August 23rd, 1977 and the Committee recommends
approval of the strata subdivision Subject to the established
requirements of Council on strata subdivision.
