The Inaugural Ceremonies and Statutory Meeting of the Municipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam were heid in the Council
Chamber Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Cojuitlan,
B.C. on December 3rd, 1990 at 7:30 p.n.

fiis Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
M.R. Wright and Retiring Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk
S. Rauh, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, City Treasurer J.G.5. Maitland, Deputy
Treasurer/Collector J.E. Fraser, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip,
Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor, Parks Superintendent A.B.
Hoogendoorn, Deputy Fire Chief W. Thomas, Director of Building Permits and
Inspections J. Shardlow, Personnel Director V.J. van neel.

CALL TO ORDER:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay called the meeting to order.

STATUTORY DECLARATIONS:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Judge A.J. Scow and then
called upon Judge Scow to receive the required Statutory Declarations and
administer the Oath of Allegiance to:

The newly-elected Aldermen now officially take their places as Alderman
of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
