1. This Development Variance Permit is isaued subject to compliance with
all of the Bylawa of the Municipality applicable thereto, except ag
specifically varied by this permit.

within the Municipality described below, and any and all buildings,
structure and other development thereon:

3. "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Section 802 "Small Lot
Residential (RS-2)", Subsection (6) "Rear Yard" is varied as shown on
64/92 (A) which is attached hereto and forms part of this permit.

4. The land described herein shall be developed strictly in accordance with
the terms and conditions and proviaions of this permit and any plans and
specifications attached to this permit which shall form a part hereof.
