the crowd that he had great sympathy for the owners of the
‘eaky condoms’. But he was quick to recover. Laughing

along with the crowd, he said: “{ have sympathy for those -

people, too,” then proceeded to say the federal government
has a responsibility to help condominium owners, “I{ those
buildings covered with tarps were in downtown Toronto, we
would have seen-action,” he said.
