Howard is a reflexologist and believes the way to.a happier, healthier life-is through one’s feet. Her strong belief, she says, has stood the test of time: Reflexology, she explains, is a science that. deals with the prin- ciple that parts of the feet cor- - respond to all. the ‘glands, organs and various parts of the body.
