News of events which signal ‘the change which is taking place in “Sidney and environs and. which will become more marked in the next few | years. _ The breakwater- harbour waterfront project has moved out of the area of speculation and into the realm of reality = and about time. It’s not exactly a bird-in-the-hand yet but it’s on its way. The change it will. make in the municipality may well be massive. And it -. ig not too soon, as Ald.
