All alcoholic beverage con-
tainers can also be returned to
recycling depots, however,
these depots may deduct a
small handling fee from the re-
fund.

At the Sidney bottle depot,
less than one litre wine bottles
and plastic hard liquor bottles
have a 10-cent refund while
bottles containing over one
litre pay 20 cents.

The rate for a 24-flat of beer
yields two dollars or seven
cents per loose cans at the de
pot. However the Liquor Com-
mission gives 10 cents a bottle
but only accept 24 a day per
person. -
