Following a recount Monday, incumbent Eric Lewis still stood a single vote ahead of challenger -Ken Stanlake in the race to cap- ture the third and final seat on council. Lewis captured 1,294 votes; Stanlake garnered 1,293. Incumbent Wayne. Watkins topped the Nov. 15: poll with 1,566 votes, followed by George elected. to © his seventh term with 1,479 votes.
