four straight games

Peninsula Raiders wrapped
up its league schedule with four
staight victories, defeating
Nanaimo, Victoria-Esquimall
and Saanich.

The Peninsula novice lacrosse
team dumped Nanaimo in back-
to-back games -at Centennial
Park, the first game ending ina

19-2 rout.

Peninsula led 9-1 at the end
of the first 20 minutes, and
followed up with five goals in
each of the two remaining
periods.

Ryan Painter fired five goals
in pacing the Raiders to the win.
Robbie Nichols scored three
goals, while. Jaz Foley, . Paul
Rees and Shawn Odgers each
scored twice.
