3. S.T.A.G. submitted a draft
budget. for 1975 to the. Com-_
mission as all departments were

by their own efforts. The only
reason all their accounts appear
to be paid by the Town is that
they are required to turn over
ALL their profits to General
Revenue for the Town of Sidney!
5. Ald. Merrett objects. to ac-
tivities six nights a’ week,
questions whether weekends are
not. enough. and stresses they
should be home on school nights.
‘Perhaps they should be home, but
surely Mrs..Merrett is not-so out
of touch with reality as to believe
you can legislate such a thing. It
is a fact of life that a great many
‘are..out, and I would. have. to
stress that. it is. much. more
desirable to have them engaged
