A By-law to provide for obtaining the
opinion of the Municipal Electors on the
question of the Fluoridation of the Com-
munal Water Supply.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the District |
of Surrey, pursuant to Section 210 of the “Municipal Act’ in|
open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:-

1. At the time of holding the Annual Municipal Elections to be
held on the 11th day of December, 1958, between the hours}
of 8 o'clock a.m. and 8 o'clock p.m. the opinion of the Muni-
cipal Electors shall be obtained by ballot on the question
of the Fluoridation of the Communal Water Supply of the!
Greater Vancouver Water District. The persons entitled to|
yote on said ballot shall be those qualified to vote at the
annual Municipal Election in the Municipality of Surrey for
the year 1959.

2. The question to be submitted to the said Electors for the |
purpose aforesaid shall be in the following form, namely:-
