The Agricultural Land Reserve Plan for the ||
Capital. Regional District has been officially’

designated and is now in effect. The maps may
be viewed at the Regional District Offices, 524
Yates Street, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive, -holidays.

Land Commission Act stipulate that (a) Ap-
plications under s.9(2) for Exclusion from the
