(1) by adding to Section 1, INTERPRETATION, between the definitions of “prominently”

and “school yard”, the following definition:
“proprietor” means the person who controls, governs or directs the activity carried on
within the building, place or premises referred to in this Bylaw and includes the person —

by renumbering tho current prohibition as ‘Subsection Q) of Section 2. and adding the’

following as Subsection (2) of Section 2:
