Readings, of Bazan Bay. _— — INCORPORATION MEETING. _ ‘The meeting called for the purpose of discussing the possibility or otherwise of forming Sidney into a municipality was held in Berqu’st Hall Wednesday evening, at 8.30 p.. m. Mr. E. Black- purn occupied the chair. and there were about one hundred people in attend- ance about half of whom were of the. ‘fair sex. Most. of those. present came |. for the purpose of seeking information and were compelled to go away with having obtained but very little of it, as most of the speakers spoke from memory and actual figures were not presented.
