Jey Head is “the Head” ‘of a
new company called Heads-
Up Navigation. Her mission:
to teach people of all ages safe
and effective boat handling. In
October, she'll offer power
boat training courses aimed at
preparing boaters under 16 for
new licensing requirements ef-
fective next spring.

By 2009, . every , power
boater in Canada must have
this training, by law. Lesley is
also an International Sail and
Power Association instructor
